Winalta Homes Inc. prides itself in incorporating and encouraging green technologies and building practices. We offer not only places to live, but places to thrive in an environmentally friendly way. We have begun applying for Energuide energy efficiency ratings and are a proud member of the Canada Green Building Council. So far, all of our homes have surpassed the building code standards. In our new community developments, we employ modern master planned designs that feature walking trails, parks, boulevard trees, natural storm water ponds, and efficient land use. We are constantly striving to integrate new and responsible practices where possible.
It is by making small steps in the right direction that, together, we will lay the groundwork for a cleaner, healthier and more affordable future.
